Terms and conditions
This is an English translation for information. The Czech version is the binding one.
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) of sole trader Anastasia Khaustova, registered office Voctářova 2436/3a, Libeň, 180 00 Prague 8, ID No. (IČO) 19718101, registered in the Trade Register, email full.spectrum.house@gmail.com, phone +420 608 803 489, studio address Vlkova 821/23, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3 (“We” or the “Seller”) set out, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (the “Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations of You, as the buyer, and Us, as the seller, arising from or in connection with a contract (the “Contract”) concluded through the online shop at https://www.fullspectrumworkshop.com/.
All information on how we process your personal data is in our Privacy policy.
These Terms are an integral part of the Contract. The Contract and the Terms are drawn up in Czech. We may change or add to the Terms; this does not affect rights and obligations that arose while a previous version was in force.
We mainly communicate at a distance, so the Contract is concluded remotely through the website, without You and Us being physically present together.
If any part of these Terms conflicts with what we specifically agreed during your purchase, that specific agreement takes precedence.

2. Special provisions for workshops
2.1. Format and place. Workshops take place in person at the address on the workshop page, or online on the platform stated for that workshop.
2.2. What participants need. Participants don't need to bring anything (tools, suitable clothing and so on), unless the workshop page says otherwise.
2.3. Outcome. If a certificate or proof of attendance is part of a workshop, the workshop page says so.
2.4. Cancellation by the participant. If a participant can't come, the following applies:
- Cancelling at least 7 days before: full refund.
- Cancelling less than 7 days but more than 24 hours before: 50 % refund, because preparations and bookings have already been made.
- Cancelling less than 24 hours before the workshop: no refund.
Refunds go back the way You paid: to Your card, to the gift card or as Studio Pass credit.
Until the workshop starts, You can move Your booking to another free date of the same workshop at no cost.
If You cancel because of illness or other unforeseeable circumstances, We can give You credit for another workshop instead of a refund. The credit must be used within 3 months of being issued.
Until the workshop starts, You can move Your booking to another free date of the same workshop at no cost.
If You cancel because of illness or other unforeseeable circumstances, We can give You credit for another workshop instead of a refund. The credit must be used within 3 months of being issued.
2.5. Cancellation by the organiser. If We cancel a workshop (for example because too few people signed up, or for serious reasons), participants get a full refund no later than 14 days after being told.
2.6. How to cancel or move a booking. Use the “Move or cancel your booking” link in the confirmation email, Your User account, or email full.spectrum.house@gmail.com with Your booking details. Any refund due is made within 14 days.
3. Studio Pass (monthly membership)
3.1. The Studio Pass is a recurring service. Every month You pay the price of the chosen plan and get credit of the stated amount, which You can use to pay for workshops in the shop, including for other people in Your booking. A User account is required.
3.2. The first payment is taken by card when You join; after that it is taken automatically on the same day every month until You cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We email You after every payment with Your new credit.
3.3. Credit from each payment can be used for the period stated for the plan (for a 3-month plan, until the end of the second month after the month of payment). The oldest credit is used first. Unused credit expires after that. Credit can't be exchanged for money or moved to another User account.
3.4. You can cancel at any time with one button in Your User account. No further payments are taken and the membership ends at the end of the month already paid. If a plan explicitly states a minimum term, payments stop only after it. Credit You already have stays valid until its expiry date.
3.5. As a consumer, You may withdraw from the Studio Pass contract without giving a reason within 14 days of joining (Article 9). If You have already used credit in that time, We refund the amount paid minus a proportionate part corresponding to the credit used.
3.6. A change to a plan's price applies only to new members; existing members keep the price from the day they joined. If We ever had to change the price of an existing membership, We would email You at least 14 days in advance and You could cancel before the change takes effect.
3.7. If a monthly payment fails, no credit is added for that month. If the payment remains unpaid, We may end the membership.
3.8. If You cancel a booking paid with credit, the credit comes back according to Article 2.4.
4. Concluding the contract
4.1. The Contract can be concluded in Czech. The website is also available in English; if the two differ, the Czech version prevails.
4.2. The Contract is concluded remotely through the website, and You bear the costs of the means of distance communication. These are no different from Your normal rate (mainly internet access); We charge nothing on top of the Total price. By sending an Order You agree that We use means of distance communication.
4.3. To conclude the Contract, You create an Order on the website. It must contain:
a) what You are buying: the workshop, date, type and number of tickets, or a gift card or Studio Pass plan;
b) the Price, any discount, points, gift card or credit, and the payment method; the Total price is shown automatically;
c) Your identification and contact details, mainly name, email address and optionally phone number.

b) the Price, any discount, points, gift card or credit, and the payment method; the Total price is shown automatically;
c) Your identification and contact details, mainly name, email address and optionally phone number.
4.4. Until You complete the Order, You can check and change the details. You complete the Order by pressing the “Pay” button, or “Confirm booking” or “Save my seat” where nothing is to be paid. A link to these Terms and the Privacy policy is shown under the button; by pressing it You confirm that You have read and agree to them. The details are then sent directly to Us.
4.5. We confirm Your Order by email to the address in the Order as soon as possible after receiving it. The confirmation includes a summary of the Order and these Terms as an attachment. The Terms in force on the day of the Order form part of the Contract. The Contract is concluded when We confirm the Order.
4.6. Sometimes We may not be able to confirm an Order, mainly when a workshop is already full or You order more tickets than allowed. The website always shows free places and the maximum number of tickets in advance. If We can't confirm an Order for any reason, We will contact You with an amended offer; the Contract is then concluded when You accept it.
4.7. If the website or Order shows an obviously wrong Price, We don't have to provide the Goods or Service at that Price even if the Order was confirmed. We will contact You without delay with an offer of a new Contract. An obvious error is, for example, a Price far from the usual price elsewhere, or a missing or extra digit.
4.8. Once the Contract is concluded, You must pay the Total price.
4.9. If You have a User account, You can order through it. You still have to check that the pre-filled details are correct and complete.
4.10. In some cases You can use a discount code, gift card, points or Studio Pass credit. Enter or select them in the Order; they are then deducted from the Price.
5. User account
5.1. After registering on the website You can access Your User account.
5.2. You must give correct and true details when registering and keep them up to date.
5.3. Access is protected by Your email and password. You must keep them confidential. We are not liable if they are misused.
5.4. The User account is personal; You may not let third parties use it.
5.5. We may close a User account that hasn't been used for more than 36 months, or if You breach Your obligations under the Contract. Valid unused Studio Pass credit won't be lost without notice.
5.6. The User account may not be available at all times, especially during maintenance.
5.2. You must give correct and true details when registering and keep them up to date.

6.2. The Total price includes VAT and all fees required by law.
6.3. We ask for payment of the Total price when the Contract is concluded and before the Service is provided. You can pay by card online (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) through the Stripe payment gateway, with a gift card, points or Studio Pass credit. Card payments are due immediately.
6.4. A Receipt is issued electronically after payment and sent to Your email address.
6.5. Ownership of Goods passes to You once You have paid the Total price and received the Goods.
7. Delivery of goods, transfer of risk
7.1. A workshop takes place on the date and at the place stated on the workshop page. Everything You need to take part is emailed to You after the Order.
7.2. A digital gift card is emailed to the address in the Order after payment, no later than 24 hours after payment (usually straight away).
7.3. A physical gift card can be picked up in person at the studio, Vlkova 23, Prague 3, by arrangement. We will email You when it's ready.
7.4. Risk of damage to Goods passes to You when You receive them, or, if You don't, when You could have received them but didn't for reasons on Your side.
8. Rights from defective performance
8.1. We guarantee that when risk passes to You under Article 7.4, the Goods are free of defects, in particular that they: a) match the agreed description, type and quantity, quality, functionality and other agreed properties; b) are fit for the purpose You require and We agreed to; c) come with the agreed accessories and instructions; d) are fit for the usual purpose of such goods; e) match the usual properties of goods of the same kind that You can reasonably expect, including with regard to public statements by Us or others in the same chain, especially advertising or labelling; f) come with the accessories and instructions You can reasonably expect; and g) match any sample or model provided before the Contract.

8.3. If the Goods are defective, You can report the defect and claim Your rights by email or in writing to Our contact addresses. You can use the model form in Annex 1. When claiming, You must choose how the defect should be remedied; You can't change this choice later without Our consent.
8.4. You have the right to have the defect remedied by delivery of new Goods without defects, or by repair, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately expensive compared with the other.
8.5. We may refuse to remedy a defect if this is impossible or disproportionately expensive, considering the significance of the defect and the value the Goods would have without it.
8.6. You also have the right to a reasonable discount or to withdraw from the Contract if: a) We refuse to remedy the defect or fail to do so lawfully; b) the defect recurs; c) the defect is a material breach of the Contract; or d) it is clear the defect won't be remedied within a reasonable time or without significant difficulty for You.
8.7. You can't withdraw from the Contract if the defect is insignificant.
8.8. You have no rights from defective performance for a defect You caused Yourself.
8.9. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.
8.8. You have no rights from defective performance for a defect You caused Yourself.
8.9. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.
8.10. When You make a claim, We give You a written confirmation stating: a) the date of the claim; b) what it concerns; c) the remedy You request; d) Your contact details for informing You of the outcome.
8.11. Unless we agree a longer period, We will remedy the defect and inform You within 30 days of receiving the claim. If this period passes, You can withdraw from the Contract or ask for a reasonable discount.
8.12. We will inform You by email how the claim was settled and confirm the date and method. If the claim is justified, You are entitled to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs, which You must prove.
8.13. If You are a business, You must report the defect without undue delay after You could have discovered it, at the latest within three days of receiving the Goods.
8.14. If You are a consumer, You can claim rights for a defect that appears in consumer Goods within 24 months of receipt.

9.4. Even as a consumer You can't withdraw where the Contract concerns performance listed in Section 1837 of the Civil Code.
9.5. Where the Contract concerns taking part in a workshop on a specific date, You acknowledge that under Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code You can't withdraw within 14 days, as it is a leisure activity on a set date. Cancelling bookings is covered by Article 2.4.
9.6. The withdrawal period under Article 9.2 is met if You send Us notice of withdrawal within it.
9.7. If You withdraw from a Contract for a physical gift card, You must return it to Us within 14 days.
9.8. After withdrawal, We refund the Price within 14 days the same way You paid. For a physical gift card, We don't have to refund before We receive it back or You prove You sent it. A gift card that has been partly or fully used can only be refunded for the unused amount.
9.9. We may withdraw from the Contract at any time before providing the Goods or Service if there are objective reasons why this is not possible (mainly reasons on the side of third parties). We may also withdraw if You clearly gave deliberately false information. If You buy as a business, We may withdraw at any time without giving a reason.

11.2. We send all written correspondence by email: Ours is in Our identification details, Yours is the one in the Contract, Your User account or the one You contacted Us from.
11.3. The Contract can only be changed by written agreement. We may change these Terms; changes don't affect Contracts already concluded. For the Studio Pass (a recurring service) We will email You about a change at least 14 days before it takes effect; if You don't agree, You can cancel the membership before then.
11.4. We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events (natural disasters, pandemics, outages, supplier failures and so on). If such a situation lasts more than 10 days, both We and You may withdraw from the Contract.
11.5. A model complaint form and a model withdrawal form are attached to these Terms.
11.6. The Contract including the Terms is archived electronically by Us but is not accessible to You. You always receive these Terms and the Order confirmation by email, so You always have access to the Contract. We recommend saving them.
