Privacy policy

This is an English translation for information. The Czech version is the binding one.

We are Anastasia Khaustova, sole trader, ID No. (IČO) 19718101, registered office Voctářova 2436/3a, Libeň, 180 00 Prague 8. We run the online shop at https://www.fullspectrumworkshop.com/. To provide our services, sell goods and run the website, we process some personal data.

This is governed mainly by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

I. How we process personal data

A. Enquiry form (private events)
If you ask about our products and services, we work with the contact details you give us, mainly through the enquiry form: name, email, phone number and details of the event.

Why? To get back to you and agree the details.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long? If we don't end up working together, at most 1 year from our last contact.

B. Purchases, bookings, user account and Studio Pass
If you buy from us or create an account, we work with the details you fill in: name, email, optionally phone number, booking notes (for example allergies when a workshop involves food), booking history, points, gift cards, and Studio Pass credit and payments. We don't handle your card details; the Stripe payment gateway does.

Why? To fulfil our contract: to give you the workshop, gift card or membership. We also use your contact details to write to you about your booking (confirmation, changes, cancellation), complaints or questions, and to meet our legal obligations (mainly accounting and tax).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long? While we provide the service and then for 10 years from the last service or delivery. You can ask us to delete your user account at any time.

C. Newsletters
If you are a customer and didn't say no when buying, we use your email to send you our news.
Legal basis: Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you said no when buying.
How long? 3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email or at full.spectrum.house@gmail.com.

II. Who can access the data?

Your data stays with us. Some companies help us run the shop and so have access to it:

  • the website and database hosting provider (Render Services, Inc.);
  • the processor of card payments and monthly Studio Pass payments (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland);
  • the email service provider that sends confirmations and other emails;
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel), only if you agree in the cookie banner;
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (the map on the homepage), only if you agree or open the map yourself.
Some of these processors or their parent companies are based in the USA, so data may be transferred outside the European Union. This always happens on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

III. Good to know

We have no appointed data protection officer. We don't make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
If you have any questions about your personal data, email full.spectrum.house@gmail.com or call +420 608 803 489.

We don't currently use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer, or block cookies in your browser. More on the Cookies page.

IV. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, among other things, the right to ask us what personal data we process about you, to access it, have it updated or corrected, ask for processing to be restricted, get a copy of it, in certain situations have it deleted, and in some cases the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time.

If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or go to court.
