Your first cut, guided the whole way. Complete beginners welcome.
No experience, no plan, no problem. You'll pick up a carving knife for the first time, learn to hold it safely, and spend three hours shaping a block of wood into whatever takes shape under your hands.
We start with knife safety and grip, this comes before anything else. Small group, capped at 6–8 people, so you get real attention the whole way through.
