Tea ZENremony: The Art of Living Mindfully 31.05
Most of the time, we are busy responding to the world, but we forget how to listen to ourselves. If you feel tired of the daily noise and want to find your inner compass, this workshop is for you. This is not just about drinking a traditional GongFu tea — it is a 120-minute meditation through the ancient wisdom of tea.
You will explore ancient characters like Tea (茶), Wisdom (智), and Awareness (覺) as a visual map for inner balance. Then a guided mindful tea ceremony — pouring, smelling, tasting — as a physical exercise in focus. You leave with a clearer perspective and a mystery tea sample as your personal decoding exercise.
Guided by Haining, a Taiwanese tea specialist and founder of Yuan Cha. Having lived in Prague for years, she bridges her heritage with local life to offer an authentic experience you won't find anywhere else in the city.
Please eat a light meal before you come. Drinking tea on an empty stomach is not recommended.

Homemade vegan snacks will be served — because we all know "tea hunger" is real, and it's hard to find inner peace when your stomach is louder than your mind!
Your journey doesn't end when you leave. A special tea sample to take home as a personal decoding exercise. The name of the tea won't be revealed — instead, use your intuition to explore its character and name it yourself, letting the taste guide you back to your inner center.
