Refund Policy
At Full Spectrum House, we get it, plans change! If you can’t make it to your workshop, here’s how our cancellation policy works:

Cancel at least 5 days in advance?
You’ll receive a full refund. -
Cancel with less than 5 days’ notice but more than 24 hours before the workshop?
We’ll refund 50% of the workshop fee, as preparations and arrangements have already been made. -
Cancel less than 24 hours before the workshop?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund at this stage.
However, if you’re canceling due to illness, we’re happy to issue a credit for a future workshop instead of a refund. This credit must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
If we ever need to cancel a workshop (for example due to insufficient capacity or other serious reasons), you’ll receive a full refund within 14 days.
To request a cancellation, just email us at full.spectrum.house@gmail.com with your booking details. If a refund applies, we’ll process it within 14 days.
